Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order is fulfilled (shipped).

To file a return, please head to: return.bslm.us

Return shipping: A return label will be provided. You pay the label fee shown on screen. This covers 50% of the shipping cost, and we cover the rest.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or item, return your order and place a new one.

Eligible regions: Returns are currently accepted from the USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe only. Orders shipped elsewhere are final sale.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once handed to the carrier (UPS/USPS/DHL). Issues after shipment must be resolved directly with the carrier.
